Information about Zeteland's Subdivisions

Zeteland operates under a county subdivision system with each county being lead by a Count, or Countess. These counties then make up districts within Zeteland for the Ruling Council but districts are purely for Legislative purposes. Any land that isn't a Zetic county is classified as a territory, territories do not belong to any district and if there are any inhabitants in the district, they do not get representation, but they are able to propose new counties from the territories in which a district will be assigned to it.
